With a quivering voice and a gentle guitar, Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Jake Tittle approaches songwriting in a deeply personal and existential way. Accompanied by folk-rock and quasi-bluegrass arrangements, Tittle sings of family, friends and spiritual skepticism in a manner that feels almost conversational.
A native of Southern California, Jake Tittle was born September 7th, 1992. He first began writing at the age of 12, often times alone in a mobile home found on his parent's property in Perris. In late 2010 showing his diversity of lyrical and musical writing, Tittle founded The Sunset Pilgrims, an indie-rock experiment based out of Riverside, California. Although focusing his attention as front-man and publicist for the project, he never ceased writing as a solo artist. In early 2015, Tittle came together with producer Jon Joseph (BØRNS, Gungor) and drummer Dan Bailey (Father John Misty, Everest) to record his full-length debut record "Casual Lies".
